How You can make Your Own Fuel Saving
Hydrogen Generator that can save you 20 -
on Fuel and cost You very little to make!
This is about how anyone who is a bit handy or willing to learn, can make a simple setup for a car or other vehicle, where better fuel economy is desired. This will also work for a boat, generator, tractor, plane, etc.
The technology we are using to achieve this is called “Hydrogen on Demand”. This means Hydrogen is going to be made as and when it is needed by the engine, from water,
and there is no Hydrogen stored in a tank somewhere.
This is a very safe use of Hydrogen.
This can be accomplished for most cars with quite simple means and a minimal outlay on materials.
To make the Hydrogen we are going to use a device called an Electrolyzer. This is
a simple device that splits water into Hydrogen and Oxygen gas with electricity -
From the Electrolyzer or Hydrogen Generator the gas is then led into the air intake of the engine, where it mixes with the air and later with the fuel.
The gas then acts as a combustion aid, making the fuel burn faster so that more power is produced early in the combustion stroke of the engine. This is what will give an improvement in the mileage of the car. But it has more benefits that that.
The second great benefit from having a system like this in the car is that the Hydrogen will make the regular fuel burn more completely. As a result there will be less pollution from the car.
In most engines, part of the fuel is used to cool the engine. When the air/fuel mixture
gets leaner the engine tends to overheat (unless it has a Hydrogen on Demand or Water
vapour system added), so to combat this, the fuel mixture is made richer. This in
turn leads to unburned hydrocarbons leaving the engine. This is why there now is
a catalyst on the exhaust pipe -
With a Hydrogen system the need for this disappears, as now the fuel burns much cleaner. This could even be fitted to Trucks, Vans and Lorries for the sole purpose of making them pass an emission test, so they can be used inside city emission zones.
Another positive effect of this is that old carbon buildups in the engine will soon burn away, due to the extra Hydrogen and Oxygen in the engine. Leaving you with a cleaner and better running engine.
Your car will be more powerful. If your car is already powerful, this may not be very noticeable to you.
With my car, an old regular diesel Nissan Serena, I can notice this going uphill in a higher gear or changing gears sooner as I speed up.
However, if you just use this new power to drive faster or harder, you will not get much of a mileage gain. The mileage gain must be gotten in comparison with driving as before.
Yet another benefit is that you will most likely take more interest in your car and it’s running, and might look after it better as a result.
It also makes your car a talking point. Few people who have seen the system in my car have been indifferent to it. It is a great conversation starter.
Lets be honest, for a lot of people a car is more than just a machine to aid us in transportation.
We use our cars as a way of saying who we are and how we are doing. We may need a car for rational reasons, but we usually buy our car for emotional reasons. There are lots of examples of this and I am sure you can think of a few.
However, budget restraints and practical considerations may stop us from owning the car of our dreams.
But if you make your car a bit special, it will be a lot more interesting than it was.

Is this legal in the UK?
There is no law forbidding this as far as I have been able to establish. Thousands of cars are already driving around UK roads using this technology. But since Oil Companies and the Government will lose revenue, from the use of this, it would not surprise me if they would try to make it illegal or discredit it in the media, no matter how much lip service they are paying to the environmental issues and global warming.
The only defence against that, is to get this into wide use, so that it becomes widely known. Then it cannot be stopped with lies, as people will know differently. Thousands are using this already in the UK.
If it really works, why aren’t car manufacturers doing it already?

There was a 200 mpg carburettor invented in the 70’s. It was bought up and instantly shelved. But just to be sure, some additives were then added to petrol, that would clog these.
Isn’t Hydrogen highly explosive? Can that be safe in the car?
It is true that the Hydrogen Oxygen mix one gets when splitting water, is very explosive. It is this that makes it such a great fuel booster. But since we are making it from water as needed, there is very little actual Hydrogen in the car. If by any chance it should get ignited, it might pop you electrolyzer, but it will not blow up the car, which would be the result of a spark in your fuel tank. Hydrogen is lighter than air and dissipates quickly if released. Petrol and diesel fumes float around posing a much greater danger.
There are safety devices one can put in to stop any backfire from the engine from reaching the electrolyzer.
There are a number of ways, but I will offer a very good solution here and touch on a few others.
I bought a manual off the Internet called Water4Gas and followed it to make my first system for my car, but you had to study the manuals on their website and printing things out were tricky and not always with the text on the page.
I also bought 4 others, of which two turned out to be something quite different from what it was described as and VERY complicated and labour intensive to make. Never bothered trying to make it. Two were very basic but worked, but were hard to print out. I will give you links below to the two I recommend.
Then there is the Die Hard enthusiasts of this technology. They are part of an online community who do pretty ambitious systems with very high gas output and electrolyzers requiring a metal working workshop. They tend to look at the simpler units described in the manuals for sale as rubbish. They also employ various electronic circuits to improve performance etc.
This all really caught my interest and I read all I could find on the subject. I trawled forums and sites for the enthusiasts to get all my questions answered and a complete understanding of the subject. Although in all fairness I must say that it is not a subject that has been fully worked out yet. But there is a lot of stuff that everyone agrees on.
So I had started making different variations of the electrolyzer to see what difference there was in gas production and energy demand. I had also lent the materials to my neighbour, and he carried out his own trials on his car.
Then I had something going bad with my one knee, and could not work as a carpenter for a month. So I spent the time in my shed doing more trials and models, and then started writing a manual of my own where I basically outline three different versions of electrolyzers. One basic and equal to the ones in the online manuals, and two slightly more advanced and producing more gas per unit of electricity used.
The main difference with my manual is that it is a physical product. I found that I do not have enough knowledge to compete with the big boys in the online arena yet, so I have decided to make it available as a mail order product.
